Recovering slowly
So the ankle is getting better. I noticed at the end of the first week I could rotate it further. Be the end of the second week I have full rotation & I can feel & use the muscles in my foot. I still stay off it as much as possible and wear a compression sock. I also wear a brace to hold it straight so I don't tweak it the wrong way while walking! If this takes more than another month to heal I am going to be disappointed. It is just starting to become nice out and I am dying to be outdoors hiking, biking, walking, and enjoying this lovely weather. If I have stay inside much longer I will go crazy!!
