I wish i had a camera

The other day I was driving along Evans heading towards Federal (which is a seedy looking neighborhood) and I saw the funniest/coolest site ever. There as a gentleman walking down the street who looked homeless, he had a skraggly beard, was very tan or had not washed his face in a while & what looked like most of this belongers on his back while wearing quite a few layers of clothing. He had sunglasses on & was walking a dog who was wearing sun glasses.
