Redemption

I played in and won the largest & biggest prize for a poker tournament the other day. This was first large tournament I have played in since playing at Las Vegas last Summer. I was so excited and it was such a rush I couldn't believe I had won an hour later when celebrating with a friend at CB & Potts. My friend took second and he hadn't been playing well so it was a huge win for both of us. It was very surreal to be sitting in CB Potts 8 to 9 months after we experienced frustrating losses at Las Vegas & haven't played much this last year.

Life is like a poker game. You don't always see what's coming and there are ups & downs. I am curious what my ups will be this year and what stories of redemption will I be a part of this year.
