My Home

The other day while driving back to Lakewood to pick up some belongings I instantly felt at home and relaxed when I drove into Lakewood. I felt happy & like I wanted to be in Lakewood. To me this is a sign that lakewood feels like my home. I do not know when the change happened in how I look at Lakewood or when it seemed to click but I felt it.

I like the relaxed, quiet, suburban yet not urban look & feel of Lakewood. There is a mix of city, suburbs, and country and it suits me. I remember talking with a co-worker about living out here and she loves it out here. It is the first place I lived on my own so it will always be a special place to me.
